This is your typical hole in the wall, but the food is amazing. My kids love it. I recommend the butter chicken and the garlic on.

No wonder this place has 5 stars, IT IS EXCELLENT. I've been eating Indian food for over 35 years and this is the best tasting I've had. Everything was perfect. The perfect spices and heat. I asked for fairly mild and I actually got what I asked for. I will go to this place from Clovis because the food is so good. I had no idea and wasn't expecting this. It's in the middle of a little Indian grocery store. The service was wonderful too. Make the trip to Fowler.

I've been to many different places for Indian food, and I have to say this is by far the best, I live in Fresno and drive 40 minutes just to get to this place

We were making our way back from LA and decided to stop by somewhere for a quick meal. Found India Express not too far from the freeway and ordered some butter chicken, goat biryani, garlic naan, and fish pakora. All the food came out within 10 minutes and was so fresh and fragrant. This was absolutely the best Indian food I've had in a while! I recommend to anyone and everyone to go give it a try. We didn't give a spice level and the food was perfect. If you like spicer foods, I'd recommend making a special request! Truly a hidden gem!

Called in and stuffed parantha, simosas, tandoori chicken, extra spicy ordered. The worker was kind and said it would be ready in 30-35 minutes. Mother and I went to pick it up. Arrived. It's an Indian & grocery store. Clean & safe! The worker was extremely kind and the order was ready. Paid for the order and the worker wished me a good day! Appreciated! They also have delicious sweets to tease you with. I noticed before leaving. Lunchtime! Order split! The chicken tandoori 1/2 was tender and flavorful with a great, spicy kick! The samosa was FANTASTIC & flavorful! Even better with the side sauces to dip it! The stuffed parantha 1/2 was tasty too! It came with white sauce that was used for dipping and that was really Great! Flavorful, tasty delicious lunch! Mother said hers was great too! She loved the spices and flavor! Great service and delicious food! Highly recommended!

It was yummy. We got rice, 2 naan, 1 garlic naan, butter chicken, chicken curry and aloo gobi. This fed five. It cost about $50. The food took 10-15 min to be made (exactly as they told us) so try calling ahead for most convenience. It's kind of in a weird area so it seems sketchy but the food is high quality. I think indian grannies cook it so it's like homemade good stuff. Yummy-yum-yums.

Came across this place on a whim while leaving Selma after failing to pick up some Indian food there. I ordered online before getting into the highway. I dug through some or the reviews and YES order ahead as they do take long but this could be a good sign of freshness! I ordered some Basmati Rice, Naan, Samosa, Samosa Chat and Baingan Bartha. I got there about 18 minutes before estimated time and the gentleman at the counter told me it would be about 10 to 15 minutes and I didn't mind After the food was came out I sped to put the reviews to the test. The portions are definitely plentiful and let me tell you, this good was definitely 5 stars. I did specify very mild spicy but my girlfriend thought it was still pretty spicy, for me it was perfect. The Samosas were huge and flaky, the chutney sauces were spot on. The rice was fluffy and the same as other places, the baingan bartha was very flavorful but my favorite I must admit was the Samosa Chat, it was soooo flavorful, perfect amount of spice and the pastry was fresh. I'm from Fresno and this place being in Fowler is a stretch but totally worth it. I would make another drive to have more hands down

If you are craving Indian food you should visit this restaurant, you will not be disappointed. The food is good but the restaurant is missing a nice area where to eat your food.

If you like or love Indian Food, then this is the place to go.....if you're close by of course. I've been watching this place ever since it joined the "hot & new" section on Yelp and was eagerly excited to try it. One Sunday after church I suggested this place to my doppelgänger because we were indecisive and she agreed to give it a go. I'm so glad we did. The eatery is located inside an Indian Grocery Store next to a Liquor Store down the street from Dollar General. Signs will lead the way. Upon entering, aromas hit your nose and immediately make your mouth water. It becomes a rush of hunger to your belly when seeing all the options, but I stuck with the basics; butter chicken, rice and naan. We did order samosas as well and tried the Chicken Biryani. Everything was delicious from start to finish and the portions are grande. We took more than half our food home and they made great leftovers. The owners serve and operate the business on their own and they do one heck of a job. They came out to check on us several times and asked how we enjoyed the food. They were both incredibly nice human beings and for that they have made a satisfied customer out of me.
